Reason #1: Stress is A Pest
I hate stress. Back in my public service days as a record-setting educator, I kept struggling with the statistics. Everyone is very tired. All the time. Everyone is very stressed. All the time. Mental illness keeps increasing in frequency in every state in America…in every G20 country.
